All Andean instruments need inspecting/adjusting before shipping
to work properly and be at their best.
This is a little more expensive but we're quite sure it's
needed as our customers have told us this and we haven't yet
found one instrument that didn't need some work. Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with the merchandise you have
bought from us. We agree that you have 48 hours to examine
the merchandise after they have been delivered. If you consider
the merchandise to be defective you may decide to return the
goods. If you need to do this send us a e-mail to: info@vinargentin.com
for an RA number then carefully re-pack the merchandise in
its original packing and send it to:

Please make sure the RA number appears clearly on the outside
of the packaging.
Provided that the goods are in the same condition as they
were when they left our premises (e.g. not damaged by shipping
or other abuse) we will then replace defective items for the
full value of the goods less the original shipping amount.
Please be sure the goods are insured for their full value
including shipping.
Please note: We do not accept CODs, make sure your return
is fully prepaid, including all charges for shipping, insurance,
etc. for its journey back to us.
Again, please be sure to carefully re-pack the merchandise
in its original packing.
Shipping damage Shipping damage is quite rare as we pack
eveything very carefully, however at times, a shipper's employee
may break something or the goods may perhaps be damaged due
to a malfunction of the shipper's machinery. All this is covered
by prepaid insurance.
If the goods have arrived damaged due to shipping to you
please retain the goods and all their packing materials and
advise us, within 48 hours of them being delivered, by e-mail
at info@vinargentin.com .
Do not send the goods back to us until you have advised us
as this will make an insurance claim complicated and possibly
invalid. Normally the shipper will send a person to pick up
the goods from you complete with their original packaging.
